Translation Feedback
Help improve translations by giving quick feedback on chapter quality. Your input directly influences which chapters get retranslated first.
Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down
On any translated chapter, use the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons to rate the translation quality. This takes one click and is the fastest way to flag a problem.
Issue Tags
When you give a thumbs down, you can select one or more specific issue tags:
| Tag | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Missing content | Part of the chapter was not translated or is absent |
| Wrong pronouns | Characters are referred to with incorrect pronouns |
| Names wrong | Character or place names are mistranslated or inconsistent |
| Added content | The translation includes text not present in the original |
| Unreadable | The translation is garbled, incoherent, or too hard to follow |
Tagging the specific issue helps prioritize what kind of fix is needed.
How Feedback Is Used
- Chapters with more negative feedback are prioritized for retranslation
- Issue tags help the system choose better translation strategies on the next pass
- Aggregate feedback data is visible to mods to identify problem novels or sources
Feedback Resets on Retranslation
When a chapter is retranslated, all previous feedback (thumbs and tags) is cleared. The new translation starts fresh, so feel free to rate it again after a retranslation.
