Retranslate and Rescrape Chapters

Sometimes the AI messes up the translation or there may be some error you feel is in the translation. Here's how to fix it.

Retranslate a Chapter

To retranslate a chapter:

1. Click on the Translated tab so the translated content is in active view
2. Click the Retranslate button in the center of the chapter navigation buttons
3. The chapter will be retranslated in about 10-20 seconds depending on the word count

Rescrape a Chapter

If the original source content is wrong or missing, you can rescrape it. Rescraping pulls fresh content from the source, and then automatically retranslates it too — so you get both the updated original and a fresh translation in one go.

1. Go to the Original tab which shows the original content
2. Click the Rescrape button (same position as retranslate)
3. The chapter will be rescraped from the source and retranslated

Summary

• Original tab → Rescrape (re-fetches source content + retranslates)
• Translated tab → Retranslate (re-translates existing content)

These are both individual chapter options. If you feel that the whole book or a major part could use a better translation, or if the original scraped content is messed up, please contact the mods on Discord and they'll schedule a mass rescrape/retranslation for you.
